These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HotGato Speed Reader (the "Service"), operated by ZingLab LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

User Categories and Licensing

  1. Personal Users: Individual users may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes free of charge.
  2. Business Users: Any entity or individual using the Service for commercial, business, or professional purposes must purchase a subscription. Unauthorized business use of the Service is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Subscription Terms

Business subscriptions are managed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to the Service:

  1. You agree to pay all fees specified for your subscription plan.
  2. You authorize us to charge your payment method through Stripe.
  3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  4. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy, available upon request.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZingLab LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  1. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  2. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior consent.
  3. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  4. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
  5. For business purposes without an appropriate subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ZingLab LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  3. Any content obtained from the Service; and
  4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
